Manuscript Preparation

All papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of Six (06) printed pages (A4 size, double column, single line space, Times New Roman font of size 10), including figures, tables and references using the IEEE templates. IEEE Manuscript templates for conference proceedings can be found here

Camera Ready Submission

All papers must be submitted electronically using easychair. Submission Deadline is October 01, 2020.Only PDF files will be accepted. Authors of accepted papers have to submit the final camera-ready manuscript in PDF format. An appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper as:
  1. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  2. For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3073-6/19/$31.00 ©2020 Crown
  3. For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3073-6/19/$31.00 ©2020 European Union
  4. For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3073-6/19/$31.00 ©2020 IEEE

PDF Express Details

Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
First-time users should do the following:
  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
    • 50817X for the Conference ID
    • Your email address
    • A password
  4. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

e-Copyright Form

All authors must transfer copyrights to IEEE. For your paper to be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, an e-Copyright form must be submitted by all authors.

An email regarding details of electronic copyright submission has been sent to corresponding authors of accepted papers. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions to submit copyright forms. There is no need of submitting the hard-copy form (previously uploaded at this page). Only e-Copyright form is acceptable.

Remember that if there are multiple corresponding authors of a paper, then only the First corresponding author of each has been sent an email. So, 1st corresponding author must check his/her email. Also, only one author needs to submit the copyright form on behalf of all the authors of a paper.
